Lifetime Flooring Installation Warranty
Warranty Coverage
Star Flooring and Renovations provides flooring installation work completed in a professional and workmanlike manner and will conform to industry and product standards applicable at the time of installation. This warranty covers defects in installation resulting from workmanship, ensuring that the flooring will remain securely in place, without lifting, buckling, or separating from the subfloor under normal usage and conditions. Our warranty coverage applies to the following applications:

Laminate

Luxury Vinyl*

Porcelain Tile
-
Engineered Hardwood
*A minimum thickness 5.5mm and above
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:

Natural Wear and Tear: Ordinary wear and tear that occur as a natural result of normal use is not covered under this warranty.

Environmental Factors: Damage due to excessive moisture, humidity, extreme temperature variations, or exposure to direct sunlight.

Structural Modifications: This warranty will be void if any structural changes or alterations are made to the area post-installation that affects the stability or integrity of the flooring.

Improper Use or Abuse: Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents, including heavy impacts, scratches from sharp objects, or dragging of heavy furniture.

Incorrect Maintenance Procedures: The use of cleaning methods or products not recommended for the flooring type, which may cause discoloration, fading, or other aesthetic damage, will void this warranty.
Claims Process
To file a claim under this warranty, please contact 936.444.7801. All claims must include proof of purchase and be made within the warranty period with the original owner. We will assess the issue and, if covered under this warranty, will repair or replace the affected area of the flooring installation at our discretion.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and installation location.
